Important - Fee Status Evidence

Further to our earlier post, I would like to make it clear that you must provide evidence to support your Fee Status form, even if you live in the UK. In most cases this simply means submitting a copy of the photo page of your passport with the form. It really will save us a lot of time chasing up missing evidence if you can provide this in the first instance so please do take the time to read and complete the forms carefully and submit the relevant documents.

Additionally, if you do not have permission of leave to enter and remain in the UK and are not an EU/EEA or Swiss National, simply write 'none' in the 'Duration of Leave to Enter and Remain in the UK' box. It's as simple as that. If you do have permission to enter and remain in the UK, please do complete this box, informing us of the duration and providing appropriate evidence - a copy of the relevant page(s) of your passport, including page(s) confirming your name and nationality, together with a copy of your letter from the Home Office/UKBA should suffice (although if we need more information we'll ask).
