UCAS will receive our decisions later today, and will process them as fast as they can - I'm afraid we have no control over how quickly they update Track.

Just wondering if you could tell me what information will be included in our file if we've been forwarded to the Inter-Collegiate Winter Pool? Will it include submitted work/notes from interviews etc.?

Hi,
Everything that is in your file goes to the pool - so, any test results, interview reports, submitted written work, your original application (including grades, predictions, reference, personal statement etc), and anything else you've sent us - it all goes in there to give the people looking at your file the clearest possible picture of you and your application so far.

You can request feedback on your application (assuming that this is what you mean by 'interview score') but not until after the outcome of your application is finalised i.e. you have been successful or not. If you are not successful, you will be sent a feedback request form in the post which you will need to return if you wish to receive feedback.

For pooled candidates, would I be correct in saying that the decision to make an offer, reject, or re interview has already been made and it is now just a matter of informing applicants? If so, do you have any idea when Peterhouse will inform us if we're unsuccessful?
Not quite! Lots of decisions are still not finalised, and won't be until next week. You should hear from either Peterhouse or another College with the result of your application by the 28th January at the very latest - most of you will hear by the end of next week.

Will Peterhouse inform re-interviewees on the outcome of their interview? If so when will this be?
That depends! If your application is successful then the College making you an offer will contact you directly. If it is unsuccessful then we will contact you to let you know. The timescale is the same as in my comment above.

In order to request feedback, you will need to return a Feedback Form which we do not typically include in the offer pack, but if you email me directly then I will send you the necessary form.
Yes, if you have received an offer then you should either email or write to us in order to tell us that you intend to accept the offer, as well as confirming on UCAS in due course.
If you were interviewed in the Winter Pool then we will let you know the result of your application this week.
