Accommodation Preferences 2012 - Last Chance!

Dear all,

The deadline for informing us of your accommodation preferences has now lapsed. Those of you who have already sent in your accommodation preferences can relax - there's nothing more for you to do at this stage. However, a select few of you have not informed us of your choices - you have been notified via the email address you provided us with when you originally applied. Failure to reply to this latest email within the next two days i.e. by 11^th August, will result in your accommodation being randomly allocated to you, regardless of price band. There's no need to return the completed form by post, an email response will more than suffice. I urge you to reply as soon as possible.
